excellent location great breakfast professional staff small room extra crib charge missing mattress
the location was excellent. it was very close to the museum quarter. the breakfast was amazing!!! i really enjoyed the variety. the staff was very kind and professional.
the room was not very big. i think the staircase and the bathroom took up a lot of space. also, they charged extra for the crib. there was no mattress, just a bed cover.

The room was beautifully decorated. I noticed the bathroom was super clean and had a great shower. The self-service bar had a well-stocked selection of drinks. The free drink coupons were a nice touch. A nice market with artisanal products was nearby.
The hotel lacked assistance with luggage up the front steps. The stairs were also very steep and narrow. I think the management could have done more to address these inconveniences.
